To date, I have had good experiences with FISH Translation specifically when it comes to grammar checks/proof-reading, and etc. I believe they employ experience proofreaders. I recall receiving some technical advise on my writings from one of their proofreaders, once the job assingned was completed. I am happy since, this is an added value, imho.
One notable aspect though is their speedy reply to query(queries). Secondly, consultants are willing to be flexible with pricing, for bulk orders.
The most important aspect is they pick up their phone and show enthusiasm to discuss and speed up their work, when it is needed.
